How this board is put together
An event board is for the days around something big: a festival, a holiday, a tournament. It pairs on-the-ground photos with the practical posts about schedules and tickets, and keeps a column for the posts everyone is sharing.
All the columns share the same search term, ("comic relief" OR "red nose day"), and then narrow it. Latest columns open X's Latest tab sorted by time. Media columns open the Media tab, and Top columns open the default ranking, which favors posts with more engagement.
Make it fit
- Add since: with the first day of this year's edition so last year's posts drop out.
- Most events have an official hashtag. Add it inside the brackets with OR.
- Engagement thresholds like
min_faves:andmin_retweets:are rough. Raise them if a column is noisy, drop them if it stays empty.
