How this board is put together

A music board follows an artist, band, genre or song: what people are playing, tour and release news, live clips from shows and the covers and remixes that keep a song going.

All the columns share the same search term, "black sabbath", and then narrow it. Latest columns open X's Latest tab sorted by time. Media columns open the Media tab, and Top columns open the default ranking, which favors posts with more engagement.

Make it fit

  • Watch ticket posts carefully. Resale scams are common on X, and an official link from the artist or venue is the only safe one.
  • Song titles are often ordinary phrases. Add the artist's name to every column if results wander.
  • Engagement thresholds like min_faves: and min_retweets: are rough. Raise them if a column is noisy, drop them if it stays empty.
